Happy Father’s Day ( give or take a few days)! This month we are just giving a quick update about our family, we’ll have lots more House of Destiny news next month (its been an exciting few weeks).
At 5:50 a.m. on May 25th, we welcomed our sweet Naya Lorraine into the world! She weighted 8.0 lbs and measured 19 inches. Since then she has become quite the chunky monkey and has been growing like a weed. Nick and I have been soaking in the newborn phase with her and are so grateful that we experienced a calm and beautiful home birth. Thank you for all of your prayers, Naya and I are both healthy and so so happy.
Our family also came down to meet Naya! They were an incredible help to us and we are so grateful that they came. Not only did they help us out with the first week of post-partum, but they also helped us with some projects in the home! It’s safe to say Naya has all of us wrapped around her finger.
